How to become a member
- Complete a Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
- Completely fill-out an application for membership form.
- Submit the following:
- latest 2×2 ID picture
- 2 copies of government-issued IDs with your signature
- any proof of billing
- Pay the Membership Fee
